The seminar will be held on 29th of July, 2025, 2:30 PM at the Main Campus of Ostim Technical University.

"The Best Content" and "The Most Trending Topic" Awards for Graduation Project Posters (Updated 10.05.2025)

Students who wish to have their Graduation Project Posters considered for the "The Best Content" and "The Most Trending Topic" awards are required to submit their posters to Research Assistant Furkan Tüzün via email no later than Tuesday, 13th of May, 2025, at 17:00.

Poster preparation guidelines and poster template for graduation project posters

Students who will present their graduation project posters are required to prepare their posters in accordance with the poster preparation guidelines attached to this announcement. A poster template has also been included to guide students in the preparation process. Also, printed posters must be mounted on a PVC foam board (Dekota panel).
