Our faculty member, Prof. Barış Alpaslan, has been selected as a finalist in the "Social Action" category of Study UK Alumni Awards 2025 by the British Council. This recognition is because of his contributions, which include providing policy recommendations to international organizations such as the World Bank and the African Development Bank for addressing development issues faced by the least developed countries such as Benin, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Mongolia, and Togo, and leading numerous national and international social responsibility projects to improve people's quality of life.
